Versatile, adaptable, and with a passion for structure and detail, I am able to deliver a variety of high-quality tasks and projects, particularly in event, process & content management. I am especially keen on projects which lead to a positive impact on the end users’ wellbeing. Visit the Services webpage to learn more about the work I can deliver.
I have over 15 years of experience in event management, having always felt passionate about developing and improving processes, particularly those that bring people together. I have also worked in the public and not-for-profit sectors for over 10 years, striving for fulfilling work that ultimately makes a positive difference in people’s lives.
Experience
Since March 2017, I have worked in a variety of roles in higher education. I am currently a part-time Education Manager at UCL, where I support research students in the Faculty of Population Health Sciences. Before this, I worked at Imperial College London, where my last role was as Centre Manager for the Postdoc & Fellows Development Centre.
I also worked in a variety of museums, galleries and theatres in Edinburgh. And prior to this, at the start of my career, I was an Events Intern for a charity called Arts & Business Scotland!
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Event and Marketing Management from Edinburgh Napier University and a Master’s degree in Psychology of Mental Health from the University of Edinburgh. I also have a Certificate in Proofreading and Editing from the College of Media and Publishing.
